10/28/11 Blackboard Server Restart

Some users experienced issues accessing Blackboard around 8:10 am. One of the Blackboard servers was restarted and all services restored by 8:45 am. The system is experiencing heavy usage and we are actively monitoring the servers. Some users may have been kicked out and had to log back in.
