10/19/11 - Blackboard Server Restart

Some users experienced issues accessing Blackboard around 1:45 pm. One of the Blackboard servers was restarted and all services restored by 2:30 pm. The system is experiencing heavy usage and we are actively monitoring the servers. Some users may have been kicked out and had to log back in
