09/26/11 Test Link in Blackboard Content Areas

The link to add a test in Content Areas of Blackboard now displays on the Add Interactive Tool button rather than on the Create Assessment button. We are currently working on a fix. In the meantime, instructors can add tests to their Content Areas using the Test link on the Add Interactive Tool button.
